you get the chicken by hatching the egg,not by smashing it..
hmmm...for me,this phrase have a deep meaning..it means that if we refer to the context as a student.. everyone want to be a succesfull student..the journey to gain this glorious moment cannot be achieve in only one step..sometimes it took a lot of time..especially if we sometimes will facing hard obstacles..this obstacles should be seen as a challenges..therefore it will provide us to be matured..so,it's okey if we had to take alonger path rather than give up early and gain nothing..

3 ways to lose weight without dieting
1.. Eat more good stuff
Instead of obsessing about tasty bites you want to banish, focus on healthy foods you can feast on. Women who do so tend to lose more weight than those who ruminate on restricting calories. Fill up with fiber-rich fruit, vegetables and whole grains. "High-fiber foods expand in your stomach, so you're less likely to overeat," says Madelyn Fernstrom, Ph.D., director of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Weight Management Center. Fiber also inhibits your body's absorption of fat, says Dave Grotto, R.D., author of 101 Foods That Could Save Your Life (Bantam Books). There are easy ways to sneak in more fiber: Stir 1 tablespoon of flaxseed into oatmeal, add 1/2 cup of beans to a green salad or snack on small portions of dried fruit and nuts..

2.. Go to the dogs
Volunteering at the pound could help you lose pounds. People who signed up to walk shelter dogs for an hour a week lost about a pound in four weeks, early research from the University of Missouri at Columbia showed. That's 12 pounds a year you could shed without skipping a single dessert! In fact, other research by study author Rebecca Johnson, Ph.D., revealed that people who walked a dog (either their own or a loaner hound) 20 minutes a day for five days a week lost on average 14 pounds after a year. Best of all, dog walking turns out to be an easy commitment to keep.

3.. Sleep it off
Getting enough shut-eye can keep your body from storing fat, scientists at Laval University in Quebec note. Night owls who log fewer than six hours of sleep are 35 percent more likely to gain weight—on average, 11 pounds over six years—than those who get seven to eight. "Sleep deprivation increases cravings for sweets and starches," says James Gangwisch, Ph.D., assistant professor of psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City. "It also causes your body to produce more of the stress hormone cortisol, which is linked to belly fat." To snag more sack time, set a radio alarm to sound 30 minutes before you want to go to bed, suggests Michael Breus, Ph.D., author of Beauty Sleep (Plume). When it goes off, head to your room and relax with stretches or light reading (avoid anything agitating, such as the news). After a half hour, it's time to dream of a slimmer you.

MARTIAL ART:MUAY THAI
Interest in Muay Thai worldwide was first sparked by Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in the 1990s. Muay Thai is just one of the fighting styles used in MMA, which also borrows moves from jiujitsu, boxing, wrestling and other martial arts.Today, the increased publicity from television shows, interest in Muay Thai is red-hot. Reality television shows such as The Contender Asia, produced by Mark Burnett (Survivor), has done wonders for Muay Thai.
Just as successful as its predecessor, The Contender, which focused on boxing, The Contender Asia saw 16 of the world’s best Muay Thai fighters pit their skills against each other for the title of Contender Champion and a prize sum of US$250,000 (RM875,000). It was a monster hit that has inspired youths and children worldwide to embrace the sport.
Typical moves in Muay Thai include knee and elbow strikes, punches and kicks. It also works the core abdominal muscles, making it the ultimate all-in-one workout. And it’s not just the guys who are flipping over it. Its benefits as an effective aerobic workout has not been lost on women. More and more women are signing up for Muay Thai workouts because of their health benefits.
Aside from being a great overall fat-burning, cardiovascular workout, it improves the muscle tone of jiggly underarms, flabby legs and droopy bottoms. Add to that the unexpected but welcome benefit of Muay Thai as a form of stress relief.Muay Thai is to the Thais’ what silat is to Malaysians.
Feeling pressured? Just hit a striking pad or punching bag.

So Muay Thai regarded as the national sport of Thailand, was first used by Siamese soldiers in the 13th century. Unlike Western-style boxing (which has two body contact points and where all targets are above waist level), Muay Thai’s eight body contact points and use of the hands, elbows, knees and feet in fights earned it the nickname of “the science of the eight limbs”.

AN ACCIDENT
(A girl and guy were speeding over 100 mph on a motorcycle)
Girl: Slow down. Im scared.
Guy: No this is fun.
Girl: No its not. Please, its to scary!
Guy: Then tell me you love me.
Girl: Fine, I love you. Slow down!
Guy: Now give me a BIG hug. (Girl hugs him)
Guy: Can u take my helmet off and put it on? Its bugging me.
In the paper the next day: A motorcycle had crashed into a building because of break failure. Two people were on the motorcycle, but only one survived. The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized that his breaks broke, but he didn't want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him, felt her hug one last time, then had her wear his helmet so she would live even though it meant he would die.
is this really happen in real life??!!..then,we need to find out by ourself..

HOME,SAFE HOME
Present smart home solutions take advantage of available technology such as biometrics, wireless, touch-screen panels and broadband to enable integrated protection for homeowners and their properties. These include security systems, home automation, surveillance, home networking, communications and audio-visual.Even though all these systems are mutually independent, they can be integrated and operated by even a person who does not know anything about IT.For instance, the security system will be able to manage all lighting in the home in the event of an alarm being triggered, or closed-circuit TV content can be viewed from remote locations through Internet or Wi-Fi connections. Besides that, the entire smart home system can be controlled using computers. The system can even portray routine activities of people at home such as switching on/off the lights or TV at a certain time of the day.demand for integrated smart home solutions is good, especially among high-end property owners. Such solutions cost between RM10,000 and RM30,000. Our home security solutions come in three tiers: low-end, middle and high-end. Investment is one-off with a one-year warranty, and there are no monthly fees. For DIY (do-it-yourself) products, pricing begins from RM540; total consultation and installation at the low end begins at RM750.A security solution should be a prerequisite before anyone moves into his home. It shouldn’t be an after-thought as safety of the family should be priority and never compromised. Therefore safety is important and money is not the point as there are wide choice to choose the suitable equipment suit with our income.

love your country,family and friends
nice topic as this month is the independent month..for me i don't have to choose any one of these..i am not going to betray my country, family and friend..each of these elements completely important for me.. country is the place where i live for now..family is the reason why i try to be a success person..and friends coloured my life with joy and sometimes sorrow..but if i really have to choose i will choose my family as they will never left me out..they also will not encourage me to do anything that harm the country and friends.. so that means i don't have to choose..right??? :p
