gama burst!!



WASHINGTON, (AFP) – The US space agency's Fermi telescope has detected a massive explosion in space which scientists say is the biggest-ever gamma-ray burst, a report in Science Express said.
The spectacular blast, which occurred in September in the Carina constellation, produced energies ranging from 3,000 to more than five billion times that of visible light, astrophysicists said.
"Visible light has an energy range of between two and three electron volts and these were in the millions to billions of electron volts," astrophysicist Frank Reddy of US space agency NASA told AFP.
"If you think about it in terms of energy, X-rays are more energetic because they penetrate matter. These things don't stop for anything -- they just bore through and that's why we can see them from enormous distances," Reddy said.
A team led by Jochen Greiner of Germany's Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics determined that the huge gamma-ray burst occurred 12.2 billion light years away.
The sun is eight light minutes from Earth, and Pluto is 12 light hours away.

challenge world

not much to be say..you know what it sometimes feels so tired,sick,helpless..but sometimes it is too much fun,colourful and joyful.yeah,i'm talking about world in a university..it is quite hard with assignment,presentation ,tutorial and mostly all the test..for sure lastly will be the final right.. no matter what i will try the best to achieve my ambition for the sake of the people around who cares for me and loves me..my family..i love you all!!it is normal to feel fed up but remember.. don't ever and never give up..take some rest is alright..don't put too much pressure on ourself.. it will give bad effect to our body,right??just like now..i'm having some rest..therefore i have a little time to write in my blog..huhu..already sit for two exam paper..3 more to go..i can do it!!!!

the mountain


"A son and his father were walking on the mountains.
Suddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and screams: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"
To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"
Curious, he yells: "Who are you?"
He receives the answer: "Who are you?"
And then he screams to the mountain: "I admire you!"
The voice answers: "I admire you!"
Angered at the response, he screams: "Coward!"
He receives the answer: "Coward!"
He looks to his father and asks: "What's going on?"
The father smiles and says: "My son, pay attention."
Again the man screams: "You are a champion!"
The voice answers: "You are a champion!"
The boy is surprised, but does not understand.
Then the father explains: "People call this ECHO, but really this is LIFE.
It gives you back everything you say or do.
you know what..Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.

WATCH YOUR MOUTH!!

what can i say.people just talk anything that they wanted to without thinking about other sensitivity.it is true to be sincere.i guest too sincere.different people different feeling,right??. heart is something inside that cannot be seen by eyes.even by microscopic stuff cannot reveal what others feel.feelings is something need to be understand and slow touch.animals also need that kind of attention.maybe those kind of people cannot be kind to animals and environment as they could not be a human.words are much more powerful blade than any knife in the world.trust me.just please to be nice towards the person that treat you the same as it is no doubt that you will facing the same condition one day where will make you think or recall back whatever you have done before badly to others.maybe you will remember me one day if you done this to me.whatever it is just try to change yourself and i will also try to change myself to be the better one.if you realise your mistake,many can forgive but not many can forget. stop this bad character or at least try to reduce it.

GIFTS FROM YOUR HEART...





chocolate is the most suitable gifts for any celebration such as birthday present,wedding or anniversary. there is one reason why i like chocolate so much.whenever i feel sad or depressed my mother will give it as it really makes me feel calmer than before.but it was about 17 years ago since the last time she give me any chocolate.maybe i was grown up already but the feeling when i buy it for myself is never same with the satisfaction when she give it to me.i never ask for it but deep inside my heart i always hoping that she will give it to me. during the semester break,i really want to have.....(secret).....but i don't get it.i feel so frust and cannot even to smile after come back home from the mall.all of sudden,my mother came into my room with a chocolate bars in her hand


and give it to me.at that moment even i cannot get something that i wanted to,i got another thing as return.i can feel that the gift is from heart as she still remember my favourites.that gifts show loves and until now i still keep that chocolate.i will eat it on day.


it is beautiful right when someone still remember the things that we like.but we always get what we give.loves need to be shown.my mother has show its love so now it is my turn.therefore start spreading loves now!!

hmmm...for me,this phrase have a deep meaning..it means that if we refer to the context as a student.. everyone want to be a succesfull student..the journey to gain this glorious moment cannot be achieve in only one step..sometimes it took a lot of time..especially if we sometimes will facing hard obstacles..this obstacles should be seen as a challenges..therefore it will provide us to be matured..so,it's okey if we had to take alonger path rather than give up early and gain nothing..

3 ways to lose weight without dieting

Night owls who log fewer than six hours of sleep are 35 percent more likely to gain weight—on average, 11 pounds over six years—than those who get seven to eight. "It also causes your body to produce more of the stress hormone cortisol, which is linked to belly fat."
